Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MrBeast gear, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
